At 9:00 AM on 01 Mar 2017, the Viet Hai Shipping and Real Properties Corporation (VSPP) has convened the first General Meeting (and summons for the 3rd time) in 2017 ic Statement no. 02/ CV – VSPP – 2017 dated 20 Feb 2017.
After checking the status of shareholders to attend the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2017 and reporting contents related to convening the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2017, no shareholders disapprove and ask more. Therefore, the General Meeting has conducted the following steps (as in the attached Statement no. 3/ VSPP/ BB – DHDCD).

Board of Directors of the company would summons for the 4th time in requirements of minority shareholders.
